Hello,

 

When the first day of the week came after the crucifixion of Jesus, Mary Magdalene and a friend went to the tomb in which he had been buried. They found the entrance stone to the tomb rolled away, and an angel sitting on it. The angel said to the women, ‘Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here, for he has risen as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and… you will see him.’

 

The message has been passed down through the generations that Jesus has risen from the dead and the day is coming when we all will see him. Thousands upon thousands of millions of faithful have held tightly to this truth, ‘The Lord is risen.

He is risen indeed. Alleluia!’
